The Telecommunications Division delivers telecommunication infrastructure solutions to utilities, local and state government agencies and the commercial wireless industry. Primary Purpose:

Senior level position assigned to either a role in Cost Engineering, Project Controls Management or a combination of both. Under general supervision, competently performs cost management function according to training, capability and experience. With additional experience and demonstrated capabilities, the individual is expected to assist in the preparation of larger and more complex project controls assignments. Typically an individual contributor, but may have supervisory duties and lead small/medium size projects.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

• Plan, implement and maintain Project Controls work processes and systems on EPC projects. • Lead the project cost controls team to prepare baseline cost deliverables. • Lead the implementation and maintenance of cost management system. • Responsible for producing accurate forecasts and analysis. • Lead the preparation of cost and cash flow reports. • Prepare monthly/quarterly reports and brief management. • Lead the implementation and maintenance of quantity mgmt reporting, the change mgmt program and progress measurement systems. • Coordinate planning, scheduling and cost control functions on EPC projects. • Lead risk and contingency reviews. • Interface with management team to identify issues and provide proper analysis and recommendations.

Minimum Qualifications:

Four-year Bachelor's degree with six or more years of relevant Cost Control of Planning & Scheduling experience OR no four-year Bachelor's degree required with eight years or more of relevant Cost Control or Planning & Scheduling experience in Home Office or Field Office. Preferred Job Qualifications:

Prefer four-year Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Construction Management.
