Statutory & Treasury Accountant
Primary responsibilities include monitoring and managing company wide liquidity including domestic bank account maintenance, executing cash transfers, making investment transactions, as well as supporting the credit application and the payment validation processes. Responsible for basic to intermediate level research. Works under frequent supervision.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
All statutory compliance's, cash flow management, process improvements, liaising with auditors, bankers and tax authorities. Routine tax compliances, accounting reconciliations, cash flow monitoring and investment planning. Prior experience in direct as well as indirect tax matters. Meeting tons of statutory due dates. Staying updated with tax laws and regulatory changes, good cash management skills. Getting good exposure on varied statutory matters. Commerce graduate 5-6 years of related work experience.
Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting, or related experience. Typically 2+ years’ related experience. All applicants must be able to complete pre-employment onboarding requirements (if selected) which may include any/all of the following: criminal/civil background check, drug screen, and motor vehicle records search, in compliance with any applicable laws and regulations.
