Responsible for leading a team that provides construction staffing and field mobilization support to managers throughout the company . Recruiting efforts include sourcing, screening, interviewing, hiring and mobilizing resources for complex or a diverse set of jobs. Adheres to all federal, state, and local laws governing employment process.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
Develops & implements talent acquisition and project mobilization strategies to ensure successful support of construction operations.
Responsible for carrying a requisition load and for the day to day supervision of a team supporting the staff recruitment and mobilization function.
Leads continuous improvement efforts and the change management strategies associated with the implementation of such improvements.
5+ years progressive recruiting experience.
Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field preferred.
Preferred Job Qualifications:
Progressive experience recruiting for field industrial construction staff positions, preferably within a large EPC environment.
Extensive knowledge of employment law and compliance issues (local, state, and federal, such as Fair Labor Standards Act, Wage & Hour)

Good communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
Prior management experience highly preferred.
