Technical Director/Regional Practice Lead-Heavy Civil

Functions as technical specialist, or has management and/or administrative responsibilities for a group. May supervise multi-discipline engineering staff on projects of high complexity, and/or is recognized as a key internal reference point for technical guidance through depth and breadth of knowledge. Responsible for execution of assigned projects. Has some influence for scope of responsibilities within division.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
The roles and responsibility for this position include the following:
Senior professional working with other Heavy Civil senior leaders (Hydro, Dams, Tunnels etc.) with support of all resources within the company
Technical Director providing guidance for scope development, risk management, and quality control and assurances
Emphasis on building strong client relationships with both internal and external clients, assisting internal clients with effective pre-positioning, winning project pursuits and growth of staff
Be available as a Project Director candidate for Heavy Civil pursuits.
Apply and provide the benefit of experience in support of the Heavy Civil business line as well as providing an integrated service offering for broader technical solutions business lines (ie hydro, dams and tunnels) where relevant.
Increase B&V marketplace visibility by leading and assisting local Project Directors with participation in regional conferences and committees, community and civic associations, and other activities.
Requires a bachelor's degree in engineering from either a recognized accredited program in their home country or the country in which the professional is practicing. Minimum of 15 years related work experience. All applicants must be able to complete pre-employment onboarding requirements (if selected) which may include any/all of the following: criminal/civil background check, drug screen, and motor vehicle records search, in compliance with any applicable laws and regulations.
